2008-09   Dog Barn Project Narative:

This year Adirondack Kennel is FINALLY getting the 'Dog Barn' of sorts up and running. The area will be 100' X 50' total area with the barn itself being 100' X 30' (12X8' inside and outside kennel 'runs'). Barn will consist of (9) 12X8 pens (8X24 Total area) and hold 3 dogs each for a total of 54 Dog capability and can always add or subtract as needed, leaving me a nice size work area as well.
The remaining portions of empty space will be used for whelping, dogs-in-heat, laboratory/emergency room, office and some space for bio diesel storage and shop use.
This will be a HUGE undertaking and total cost of approx. $30,000USD.
This year we estimate to have the main structure, roof and kennel panels up and siding. Interior finish work or doors,windows,etc. will not be up this year as well as concrete next year. Updates Bi-weekly.
